Civilianz reserves the right to change the duration, price and content of the course without prior notice.

The assigned course for a particular learner is non-transferrable under any circumstances.

The online courses are intended for training purposes only. Civilianz will not accept any responsibility to any party or use of this prescribed content.

At all times, Civilianz and/or its licensors, remain the owner of the intellectual property in the online courses and course materials. Other than as specified, no online course or course materials, nor any part of it may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by means without the prior written permission of Civilianz.

In consideration of receipt by Civilianz of an entire course fee, Civilianz grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the online course and use of the course material content for the sole purpose of studying for competitive exams. This is the license granted to use the online courses by an individual student only.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions (including non-contractual disputes) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala (India).

The courses are available only through the mobile applications (iOS/Android).
